MEMORIAL TO THE MURDERED JEWS OF EUROPE on Flickr.jewish memorial in berlin. if a memorial can ever be successful (how do you measure success?) then this one is. Whenever I go there I am taken by it. as I walk in between the undulating stelae I am at once alone in the city.

THE STOLEN PICTURE on Flickr.Its the best photo I have taken. Which annoys me because I took this ages ago. The guardian reviewed it, saying: “The stolen picture’ would never be published in a newspaper and shows a lack of respect for the subject.” Which rather pleased me.
